ROXCEL acquires Galileo Nanotech, a leading supplier of metallized paper in Russia

The ROXCEL Group, through its subsidiary ROXCEL Converting GmbH, Vienna, has acquired with immediate effect Galileo Nanotech JSC in the Moscow region, which specializes in the production of metallization of paper and self-adhesive labels (PSL).

Galileo Nanotech is located in the city of Khotkovo in the Moscow region and is a modern factory with the best equipment. The company has a capacity of about 8,000 tons for metallizing paper, cardboard and foils and about 34 million m2 of PSL and employs 140 people.

"We are very pleased to add Galileo Nanotech to our portfolio of companies as it fits perfectly with the forward integration of our paper and energy division, adding value to our customers we serve through the trading division globally," said ROXCEL Group founder Mr. Ahmad Porkar.
