With the new B&B Sustainability Report 2025, we show our progress towards our ambitious sustainability goals and provide insight into our current performance and key areas of focus. At the same time, the report underlines our long-term commitment to sustainable development – together with our employees, customers, suppliers and partners.
The Sustainability Report is more than a collection of figures and targets. It shows how sustainability is reflected in our daily activities – through the continuous development of our processes, responsible use of resources and concrete measures for ongoing improvement. The progress presented in the report is also the result of the daily commitment of many colleagues in their respective areas.
Prepared in accordance with ESRS for the first time
This year’s report has been prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (Revised ESRS 2026) for the first time. This marks another important step in the development of our sustainability reporting and enables us to present our sustainability performance in an even more structured and transparent way.

At B&B, sustainability is a central part of our operations. Our ambition is to continuously improve our impact while creating sustainable solutions for our customers and partners.
The Sustainability Report 2025 provides an overview of our progress in the areas of environment, people, responsible business conduct and sustainable value creation, highlighting the important milestones we have achieved as well as the areas where we will continue to strengthen our efforts.
